Their son, Alexander, manages the restaurant, ensuring everything runs seamlessly day to day. Their daughter, Natasha, brings fresh energy as host and marketing lead, adding a modern touch to the Poblano experience.

At the heart of the team is General Manager Shah, whose leadership, dedication, and constant presence are essential to keeping everything running smoothly. In the kitchen, Head Chef Wesley leads with skill and consistency, overseeing every dish and ensuring the quality, flavour, and standards of Poblano are upheld at all times.
